On stage, in front of a camera, alone, and whilst struggling to live life with real people who are struggling to do the same.
Ironic, isn't it, that you are "honestly in the moment" while being scripted and directed on stage and in front of the camera? That is the challenge and power of performance--convince us that it is spontaneous and authentic despite the production, preparation, and rehearsal...
